We accept returns for the extensions as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped out, within 5 days of the date you received the package. While returning, please ensure that the product is packaged in the same way as it was shipped to you.

However, a store credit is given instead of a refund and ₹200 or 5%, whichever is higher, will be deducted for all exchanges and returns. The store credit is a coupon code that can be used at checkout, for your next purchase.

 Important: We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items as well as eyelashes, accessories including hair clips, hair powders, hair carriers etc.

If the product has been used or modified in any form, it will be shipped back to you.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.
