Return Policy

We at The Hair Real do accept returns and exchanges if the package hasn’t been modified and returned in the same condition as it was sent. All returns and exchanges have to be communicated via email on care@thehairreal.com only.

Here are some FAQ’s that will help you with our return policy -
What is the return & exchange period?

We accept returns for the extensions as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped out, within 5 days of the date you received the package. While returning, please ensure that the product is packaged in the same way as it was shipped to you.
However, a store credit is given instead of a refund and ₹200 or 5%, whichever is higher, will be deducted for all exchanges and returns. The store credit is a coupon code that can be used at checkout, for your next purchase.

Important: We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders, discounted items. If the product has been used or modified in any form, it will be shipped back to you.

Can I return an item which was on sale?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

Which products are not eligible for return/exchange?

Any item which was purchased at a discounted rate or sale, a return/exchange cannot be accepted.

How do I know if my package is qualified for a return?

We are open to any return and exchanges that done within 5 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met
1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
2) The cost of shipping back is borne by the customer.
3) The Hair Real is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.

How do I process my return?

If you want to return an item please mail us at care@thehairreal.com ONLY. The goods need to be returned to address given via email. If it isn’t shipped to the same address as stated in the email, we are not responsible for the package.

Will I get a refund?

We only issue store credits, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time but we do not give any cash refunds.

Do I pay for the shipping of my returns/exchange?

Yes, all customers have to pay for their returns or exchange. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because The Hair Real is not responsible for any lost returns.
PLEASE NOTE: If the package is lost while shipping or is damaged at the time it is received by The Hair Real, the goods will not be valid for return or exchange and the cost must be borne by the customer.

When will I receive the store credit?

A store credit is given which will be reflected in your account as soon as we receive the goods.

Can I exchange my product?

Your order is valid for a return if it’s returned within a period of 5 days of receiving it. However, product needs to be shipped back to us and a store credit is given to you with which you can go ahead and order the product you like.

Note – The store credit is given after ₹200 or 5%, whichever is higher, is deducted from the original order value.
