RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read before you wish to exchange or send the products back to us.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

(Sale Orders / Discounted orders, Curly Hair Extensions, Hair Toppers and International orders)

WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD? CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT? WILL I GET A REFUND? CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS ON SALE?

If informed within 6 days of receiving the product (no sale order is eligible for return or exchange) with a reason other than that no exception, be made and if the product comes back to us out of that period, will be returned without a reason to the sender. If the product wasn’t in good condition or not valid for

return it will be sent back to you in the same condition. Refunds are not an option & please do not

embarrass yourself or us by asking for the same. Please Note – Mention your order No. & Contact no. on the package clearly while returning the goods to us.

Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products. Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted

with the valid video proof.

we will not resend or refund (store credit) the order that shows Delivered on the tracking status.

However, we can start an investigation through our courier partner.

We are open to any returns/exchanges that are done within 6 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met.    The cost of shipping back is borne by the buyer.  The Hair Real is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned. The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out, we will not accept any products that have been used or altered (washed, cut, or brushed in the case of curly hair)

HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN?

If you want to return an item, please send it to our company address No 63, Phase 2, SIDCO INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, Manali New Town, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600103. The goods need to be returned to the address given above if it isn’t shipped to the same address, we do not take any responsibility for the loss of the package. All customers have to pay for their returns or exchanges. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because The Hair Real will not be responsible for any lost returns.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We are here to have your products delivered to you with love and care.

WHAT IS THE HAIR DELIVERY PROCESS?

It takes one or two days for the order to process and it is shipped within -8 to 10 working days across India. Once your order is dispatched, we send the track ID to the mobile number provided. We use Franch Express, DTDC courier, and Professional couriers for our deliveries across India. Very Important – Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive, in order. Claim any physical damage or missing product. No refund/exchange will be accepted without the video proof.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

DOMESTIC ORDER We dispatch the order within five working days but if the address/pin code/phone no is incorrect or the pin code is unserviceable it will take more than one or two days to dispatch Then the time taken in the communication between The Hair real and the buyer could take some extra days for us to dispatch your order. During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises, and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We deliver international shipments with DHL. The product can take up to 7 to 10 days from our end, but customs may take a day or two extra in the case of clearing the Custom payment Or the KYC which has to be done by the customer.

*PLEASE NOTE: The shipping charge for international orders depends on your country. Custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective Country, standards. This is our delivery policy please read it before you purchase with us.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HAIR REAL’S HAIR EXTENSION

  1. Before washing you should de-tangle your hair using a gentle brush from its ends to its We recommend you brush your hair extensions before you put them on and after removing them. It is normal for hair extensions to shed a few strands but that does not mean it will hamper the overall volume of your Hair Extension at any point. It is normal for hair extensions, & hair toppers to have a few grey or red strands. We try out best to remove it but since it is 100% human hair it is very natural & not a sign of a damaged product.
  1. We recommend washing The Hair Real extensions after 10 to 15 Unless you wear it daily, you can probably use your best judgment in how often to wash it.
  • The hair real will last you for many years depending on how often you wear it and how well you take care of Hence, we recommend. Please store it in clean satin bags or store it in our hair real’s hair extension box we provide you with.
  1. Always use less shampoo and more hair Conditioner, while washing Since these are Dead hair. No Need to oil it. Post washing let your hair extensions Dry naturally. You may use a Hair serum or heat protectant before you style it for a neater yet shinier result. you can always check out our videos on how to wear  The Hair Real product and wash or take care of your Hair Extension on our Instagram and YouTube Channel “The Hair Real”. –
  1. There is an extra clip provided with hair extension that has clips on it, to offer you ease in case of a breakage to your clips of hair topper or Extensions.
